GEORGIA MEDICAID WAIVER SERVICES
Understanding CCSP & SOURCE
Georgia's Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and SOURCE are part of the state's Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program. They help eligible individuals receive home- and community-based services as an alternative to institutional care.
Patab Healthcare works with eligible participants and their care coordinators to provide authorized services in accordance with the individual's plan of care.
